Salvatore Trattoria Göttingen

The food was exceptionally delicious. my societies had ravioli, I had the fish of the day with salat as a supplement. they had nothing glutenfri on the menu, but they prepared me a dish with fish and vegetables. the service was friendly and personal.

Trattoria-like atmosphere, finest weine, spectacular cuisine, first class meat, seasonal fresh fish and vegetables, excellent homemade pasta.

I went to the trattoria salvatore to get a fast Italian food and that's exactly what I got. we had a pizza that was in order, but not exceptional. the place is very loud. I had a table at the back and on the other side the wall was the kitchen. very loud and uncomfortable. the personal was inattentive and busy with other, more regular customers. when they come here: ask for a table in the front part of the restaurant directly from italien.

The restaurant offers really few foods on the menu. and although many wine bottles hang on the wall, there is surprisingly no wine card. when we insisted on knowing the wine options, they let us wait long and only brought a bottle that we had not ordered without giving the price (for the wee there was another price on the menu). it was a good barbera d’asti, but not overwhelming and too expensive for its price. eating was nothing special. but the worst must be mentioned: theatrical and rude service, "a la italiana". I will not go back in any case.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, but when you enter it, it is not so good. the waitress was rude, they have no wine card with the praises. the food has no special details. I prefer vapiano!
