Feedback gevenDie Portionen sind winzig, der Wurstsalat für 19 Euro ist kaum eine Kindermahlzeit! Das Wiener Schnitzel mit Salat kostet 38 bzw. 43 Euro und ist auch sehr klein! Leider keine Empfehlung mehr!
Unser Essen war jedoch enttäuschend. Das Steinpilzrisotto war völlig geschmacksneutral, es fehlte an Salz und Geschmack, alles in allem enttäuschend für den stolzen Preis von 26€. Das vegane Gröstl war eher eine einfache Gemüsepfanne, die man zuhause deutlich besser und günstiger zubereiten kann. Von diesem traditionsreichen Gericht hatten wir uns mehr erhofft. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dieser Gasthof mehr Schein als Sein ist und wir den Hype darum nicht verstehen. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir jeden Tag gegessen und jede Berghütte bietet tatsächlich hochwertigere und traditionellere Gerichte, für die es sich lohnt, Geld auszugeben. Dies wird wohl unser erster sowie letzter Besuch hier gewesen sein.
I do not recommend. The chicken was very oiled, cabbage was sticky and the salad was dry. Even if we stay here for a week, we will not eat here again.
We feed here for 12 times a year and always look forward to the food-professional service of the staff. Recently Andy was our server...and he was fantastic....I can't say enough friendly things about him...he radiates personality and professionalism!!! Peter was our waitress another time and was also very friendly efficient... and simply Multi-Task many tables with ease. I ordered the asparagus grilled salmon cooked medium....it was perfection.taste size!! We are part of the Stanglewirt golf school, which is operated by Ulf Gena.... they do an amazing job that manages the golf club over the street from the hotel and lets us feel welcome as part of the Stanglewirt extended family. Ulf Chris are in high demand for teaching because they are so good!!! Sometimes we run in VIPS there meet golf balls mix in like normal people. We often combine our golf training with lunch because they have a wonderful terrace, a dining room with a view of the baby cows in the barn...or a cozy area that could accommodate a large family or special celebration. I assume this kitchen is a large training place for future employees for the coming years. Thank you to all staff in front of the house and back... and Gena Ulf at the golf school so that we feel like a part of the Stanglewirt family!! Kristin G.
The place is really austrian tyrol style. Everything is wood like a lodge. I had lunch near living cows. Food was really delicious and beautiful. Service great, all waiters were dressed on typical uniform.
