Best KFC on the Gold Coast. Everything tastes fresh, is not oily and super service without mistake. 10/10 Zinger Stacker.

The best part about that Kfc is Ariana. I took my order in the drive through, she was so empathetic and was really making sure I'm satisfied with the service. She made my day after a really rough day and i jist went through the drive through.

Gave us chips, not even cooked. Hard and cold. Another time we got 4 go buckets..both only half filled..we have bought many mountain dew freezes, always only half filled with ice/drink. Never give any seasoning, although we specifically ask for seasoning. Friendly service although very little service. One young girl on counter has to pack orders and serve. Other sraff stand and watch her. unimpressed. Needs serious improvement. Love kfc, but this store struggles. Nice location. Just needs to improve a little. We waited 20 minutes behind one car and 5 more minutes when it was our turn our meal was two twisters and a nugget meal. The guy never greeted us to explain what was going on just appologised and gave us free chips. That's the only reason I gave two stars. Better communication next time.

Been here so many times literally just after 9 pm only to be told they are sold out of chicken etc and only have nuggets left. Pretty stupid considering the opening hours are till 10pm? Should change the details to say “food till 9pm but rest of store open till 10”. Honestly really frustrating as this happens every time I come. Do you not want my money as a paying customer? How about ordering more chicken for next week so you don’t have to turn away so many customers? Can’t be that hard aha
