The Oak Cafe Mudgeeraba - gold-coast

I was amazed by the flavors of the potato rosti and Oreo latte that I ordered at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and left me very satisfied. The service was great and I enjoyed dining in. The price per person was in the range of A$1-20.

There are not many gluten free options available at this restaurant. The coffee is great, but the food is just average. The service is decent. Overall, it's a good place for breakfast with prices ranging from A$1 to A$20 per person. Food and service both receive a rating of 3, while the atmosphere gets a 4.

I also asked a staff member if there was a restroom at the back that I could use, and their response was "I don't know." When I ordered 2 kids' milkshakes, there was no mention of the fact that they only serve adult milkshakes. It was frustrating to receive 2 adult milkshakes instead. It would have been helpful if this information and a solution to split one milkshake for my kids was provided at the time of ordering. Despite the significant amount paid, the lack of communication was disappointing. On a positive note, the coffee at Oak remains of high quality, and the barista on duty that day was excellent. I appreciate their attentiveness in recognizing that I was waiting longer than usual. Thank you for that.
