Greendays - Gold Coast

I absolutely adore the atmosphere of this restaurant and the impeccable service, however, the high tea offering was disappointingly small. The selection consisted of only a third of a sandwich, a tiny scone, and some sweets. My friends and I were taken aback by the portion sizes and left the restaurant still feeling hungry. The price we paid for the high tea was not justified by the quantity of food we received. It would be better if the restaurant were more generous with their portions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was pleasant, but the high tea was disappointing. The stand for 4 people only had small cakes that were bite-sized. The scones were good, but there was a minimal amount of cream and jam. The teacups were beautiful, but very tiny, with only one included in the price. Despite not being a big eater, I left feeling hungry. Overall, a meal might have been a better choice, but we were there to celebrate a birthday.

I went to this restaurant for lunch on Saturday 19/3/22 with a friend and left feeling very disappointed. We were seated in a corner with chairs facing a lounge area. We waited 35 minutes before we were able to get the attention of anyone for a glass of water. The waitress apologized and explained that they were very busy with three other large reservations. We then ordered our meals and a drink, but our meals arrived before our drinks, which took a few extra minutes. Our empty plates sat on the table for a while and we were never asked if we wanted more drinks, dessert, or coffee.

This is my favorite restaurant on the gold coast. it is beautifully decorated with many plants and a great ambiente. eating is always well presented and delicious. it is open to breakfast and lunch and occasional dinner. I had many meals, including... many high tees. I often perform great functions there. I only had 20 for my birthday breakfast and everyone loved it.

Tucked away in Bundall, Greenways never fails to impress. Stylish and relaxed atmosphere with a casual interesting menu...the salmon with Thai curry is amazing. Great for larger groups and kids. Plenty of off-street parking. Definitely book for Saturday dinner
