Feedback gevenThe restaurant is excellent for dining. There were eight of us who had breakfast there.
At 8:40 am, nobody was available to take orders and there was no dedicated staff member assigned to do so. Instead, employees who were assigned to other tasks were expected to also handle order taking. Just because they have self-ordering machines doesn't justify not having enough staff to serve customers. I'm grateful for the staff member who took the initiative to leave the cooking area and serve me. Additionally, there is a need for dining staff to clean tables and the floor in the dining area.
I ordered Uber Eats and was looking forward to enjoying a large caramel sundae with a flake at 11pm. Unfortunately, the sundae did not arrive with my order and there was no explanation given. I'm not angry, just disappointed and sad to be without my sundae. I hope that those responsible for denying me my sundae find mercy from a higher power.
New chocolate desert nothing compared to their advertisement photo. Staff don't hear what you want and when told gave an attitude. Management needs to educate staff on customer services.
Very disappointed. The worst experience I’ve ever had! I would like to give 0 star if I could. Waited for more than 5 minutes for only one soft serve cone. While the store is not busy, with no more than 3 people waiting for their food. And finally I’ve got a malted soft serve.
