Sagano - Gold Coast

If you want to have dinner for two at a friendly price, this is a good place to eat Japanese food that is different from the sushi we know. We had ALL YOU CAN EAT, sukiyaki for AU$28.90 and it was worth it!

This is a restaurant called Sagano that I accidentally found while traveling on the Gold Coast. The feel of the store is fresh and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city and the tables are a bit dirty.. Other than this, everything else is great! I recommend it

Visited Sagan Japanese Restaurant with friends 4 June for dinner. We had been there once before and were excited to show our friends what a great experience we had had. The staff were friendly and polite and we were made to feel extremely comfortable. Our drinks were delivered promptly at which time we ordered our meals. The entrees were delivered to our table within 10 minutes and upon completion of these our mains were also delivered within 10 minutes. We never felt rushed. The Teriaki Beef that I ordered was amazing as were the prawn spring rolls I ordered for entree. The prices are very reasonable for a restaurant in surfers. We will be going back again and again and again .

Been there twice now. Service is quick and friendly. Food is amazing. I fell in love with their cheese spring rolls. An absolute must if your love Japanese cuisine. I found it to be quite inexpensive as well.

I have eaten A lot of Japanese food in my life and this pkace punches above its weight every time. Great cheap fresh food prepared and cooked perfectly. Icey cold beer and delightful sake' .If you want great Japanese food and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it eat at this place
