As a visitor from Texas, I have to say the food here was outstanding! I ordered the fried catfish platter with baked beans and fries, along with a side of smoked turkey, and I cleared my plate entirely! However, the customer service left much to be desired, which stops me from giving a full five-star review. Although I ordered my meal to go and had only a brief encounter with the staff, that interaction made me wish the food hadn't been so good, just so I could leave a critical review. Still, don’t let the less-than-perfect service stop you from enjoying some truly fantastic food!

Dining at this restaurant is quite enjoyable. I particularly liked the turkey slices, which had a lovely smoky flavor. The side dishes were satisfactory, though I found the greens to be a bit too salty for my taste. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and feels very homely.

I recently visited Moe's while on a short business trip in Colorado, where I was staying at TownPlace Suites just two blocks away. What a delightful discovery! The smoked ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, practically falling off the bone. The smoked brisket was equally delicious and juicy. However, the standout for me was the marinated slaw. As a coleslaw enthusiast, I can confidently say it was the best slaw I've ever tasted! While the selection of craft beers could use some improvement, pairing my meal with Dale's Pale Ale turned out to be just right. The restaurant's interior is inviting, featuring plenty of dining tables and a classic wooden bar that overlooks the kitchen.
