Rock Rest Lodge - Golden

Came here for the first time due to breaking down on the way home from Colorado to Missouri. So came here for lunch while the vehicle was getting worked on. Ended up staying here for 5hrs. The manager and all the waitresses were super awesome and check on all of us the entire time. Kudos to friendly staffing. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. 16'. It was delishious and very reasonably priced. The building has awesome history behind it and lots of thing to see on the inside. Has 2 pool tables. .50 a game which is the cheapest I've ever seen. Building is clean. Got right in with no wait. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in this area again. Thanks to all the staffing for your hospitality and understanding and continued service after being in here for 5hrs.

Absolutely loved this place! The aesthetic is perfect, and the drinks were reasonably priced. I will definitely come back again. The music selection was quite nice as well!

Wings! They 're expensive: now listed as 'market price ', but you only need to order half as many as you 'd expect because they 're full wings (double). I asked for XXhot and they were just barely hot and didn 't have a lot of sauce. I really like this place, def going back, but the music is really hard to get past: you 'll get a couple good old country or rock songs, but mostly you 're subject to computerized, autotune, pop-country for chads at spring break on Lake McConaughy. The patio seating would be killer during the Golden Cruise.

Had our group Halloween party here! So much fun. I danced all night to great music and Lyfted safely home. It was a blast!

My kids live really close to the restaurant. They like to go in there because there’s so much to look at everywhere. Tons of decorations. The bartender was nice enough to come out during the day and turn on the lights on the dance floor so the kids could run and play. They want to stop every time we go by now! Thank you Rock Rest Lodge!
