Jita's Cafe - Golden

Nice airy, spacious, relaxed environment to pass some time. Extensive list of drinks available, home made cakes and snacks, and the mango lassi was particularly good. We saw someone having a main meal which looked like curry and also looked very tasty

Very nice little café with great food and good coffee. Nice spot for a lunch with friends or by yourself. The menu is vegetarian which is awesome.

Stopped for lunch on my way to Calgary from Kamloops on Monday Feb 22nd. Ordered Butter chicken and it was very taste. I like that they served it with salad. The portion was pretty good and price as well. Paid $11 for it. I noticed that they have pretty good options for vegetarians. I would definitely be back!

We stopped here on our way to Calgary to try something new and different from the usual fast food options. It's off the highway in town but worth the drive. The food seems to have a curry bias so if you don't like spicy food your selections will be more limited. I tried the veggie burger and found it to be just ok. The "burger" was quite small in the bun and falling apart hence the 4 out of 5 rating. My wife had the curry chicken and it was very good. Both came with a salad. The salad I found had too much balsamic vinegar. Overall I would go again.

This is a must-try! Fantastic butter chicken with salad. I go here at least once every time I'm in Golden.
