Feedback gevenWould give no stars but won't allow it. Ordered 8 piece all white drove home 15 minutes away. Had legs and thighs. Took it back and asked for money back was told takes 3 to 5 days to get refund. Don't go here.
I stop here every morning the food is great, but I’m about to stop going due to the wait times it’s always 20 minutes to wait on a biscuit. You guys have got to break down your wait times. Please!?!?!???
This is the 3rd time customer service is terrible! I tried to be patient but everytime I came for the past 3 times they aways greet in a bad mood or in a way that they don’t wanna be there working. I understand work can get tiring but at least say a nice hello or say have a great day! This time my fries were fulI and food was warm which I appreciate since they always give me half full burnt fries. This time I asked for buffalo and bojangle sauce, they did not give me one or the other I got ranch and honey sauce instead, I went back in to ask for the correct sauces and they said they didn’t have bojo sauce which I guess is why I didn’t get it but could you have at least told me you didn’t have any and offered me other sauces? And they did have buffalo sauce so I at least got that corrected but even when going back to get the correct sauces I still got the same vibes and bad/bored mood. And these vibes have occured EVERYTIME I come. Like I said i’ve tried to be patient because I understand food service can get overwhelming but come on ALL the time???! I hope this part of the customer service improves and hand out what the customer asks for, thank you!
Once again I tried to go thru the drive thru one hour before closing and no one takes my order. After waiting several minutes and calling out I drive around to the window. I see only one person and she looks the other way, refusing to come to the window. So once again I head to McDonalds where the line moves fast and the service is friendly AND they are open when they say they are open!
Avoid this location on Highway 111. There are five in Goldsboro. I wish they would close one if they can 't fix it and strive to have four good ones instead even if I have to drive a little farther. High employee turnover is a problem everywhere these days, but the management here lacks the toughness to select and train people properly. The Tands franchisee has 69 locations in eastern NC and sadly they do not care about customers. This location has consistently bad service and varying food quality. Closing time varies. Do not plan on using the dining room because it is either closed or filthy. Maybe if they keep the dining room and bathroom filthy fewer people will come inside? This is their motto.
