Bojangles - Goldsboro

Worst bojangles in the area. 10/10 would NOT recommend. super slow, awful customer service. always have a problem when i go. i suggest go somewhere else and save your money.

It was 12:30 and they ran out of chicken. In my opinion it should never happen. From 11:30 am till 1:30 is prime time no mess up aloud. All stations covered. Too many time I come to Tand ran restaurants and they are not ready for lunch unacceptably.

I waited almost 10 minutes in line inside before I left realizing that it was going to take at least another 5 minutes before the lone worker was going to take my order. This might be understandable if the place was busy but when I entered the restaurant I was number 3 in line.

Went and got breakfast this morning. Ordered a chicken biscuit an boberry biscuit. Handed me the bag and opened it up they threw the Bo beery biscuit in the bag not even in a container. It was bo sauce everywhere. Threw it out the window. Opened the biscuit and they used a crumbled up biscuit and a hard piece of chicken. Highly don’t recommend

Service was great with friendly staff... BUT i got a salad (it was good mostly) but tomatoes were old and tasted bad ...spit first one out and tried another one... same thing...can employees not tell they have bad tomatoes or just dont care i guess? makes you not want to eat fast food anymore sadly when almost everytime you order things nowadays at any fast food restaraunt something seems wrong or off.
