Feedback gevenNot much of a coffee drinker (sorry), but I love our local Starbucks bc I can run in and get a quick,healthy snack to eat from their case lots from which to choose. Great patio, too! Always see locals chatting away with friends.
Give Rick a raise! Helpful, kind and so good natured. Seems interested in each customer. He provides a way better experience than I get at most Starbucks.
Rick is a leader in the customer service department. He makes it obvious that he is genuinely interested in making sure every customer gets their orders correctly made and on time, and works hard to make that happen while being quick to share that credit with the other morning staff members (and rightly so). Every Starbucks location should have baristas like them. Great job leading, Rick, and thank you to all the staff at Fairview Starbucks!

I met the best Starbuck 's employee I 've ever met at this location. When I walked in, a gentleman named Rick greeted me cheerfully and asked if I had a mobile order. He was expediting the process of picking up mobile orders by asking people when they walked in if they had a pick-up and then asking what their name was on the order. Normally I have to walk clumsily up to the counter and look at the names on the items sitting there or I have to try to grab someone 's attention to ask if my order is ready. This was such a better way to go about getting orders in customers ' hands quickly. On top of that, Rick was so friendly and happy. At one point I overheard him talking to two customers and they remarked 'That 's cool! ' and he replied, 'No, YOU 'RE cool! ' It was just fun to watch him in action. He exuded positivity and it was infectious. Do whatever you can to keep Rick employed at your location. He is a gem!
