A real heartburn for the chef Sébastien's cuisine! That fresh products in the plate and it feels like a taste. For our part, home foie gras and its hot toasts and roast duck magret served with its special sauce. Beautiful plates decorated with 3 accompaniments (including churros to ... I let you guess). Having eaten heartily, I chose a burned cream at the Chartreuse (3 perfumes of offer and wide choice of desserts). Interesting map, we had difficulty choosing what makes us go back. By the way to Goncelin, we were a small group of 5 people to go eat in this restaurant on Thursday night for this long weekend of ascent. On the recommendation of a person we had phoned and we did not regret. The kitchen is excellent and it is only fresh products that pass on the plates with very correct prices. At the end of the meal, the boss came to our table to offer us coffee and ask us how our meal had happened. He told us that he had just opened his restaurant that for a very short time and we all thought that he had no trouble doing to continue to delight his clients. This restaurant is located in the right line of the Chandelière Artisanal Zone by exiting the road and if you pass quickly you risk not seeing the house despite the large sign of violet color. It is 100 m from the Citroën garage and parking is available. If we have to return to the area, we will certainly return to this institution.
