Burger King - Gonzales

DO NOT GIVE THIS BURGER KING YOUR BUSINESS!!! They don't want the business keeping lights off and front door being locked around 7p.They can't even give you what you ordered from a mobile app order... It's always wrong. Been there twice and both times were ridiculous. And as someone else said they make you back up to the pole. I don't understand why... I've worked at Burger King and that was never a thing.

I went to the drive thru an a young girl claimed to be the manager. She wouldn’t even take my order an told me to leave her store. The next morning I went back an got told by a day time manager what happened an she told me what do you want me to do. She got an attitude an walked away. I’ll never to to Burger King in Gonzales, La again. 1946 W Highway 30

I waited for just a original Chicken Sandwich and cheesy tots. I got home and bit into my Sandwich and it was hard as A ROCK AND NOT MEAT ALL BREADING!!!!!!! IT HAD TO BE SITTING OUT FOR A WHILE... I called the store and know answer.

These people are extremely rude, you can ask them for a ketchup packet or something and they’ll mean mug you like as if you just asked them for their social or something, imo if you don't like the job then leave and go fold laundry or something there’s many people that need a job and they are wasting the opportunities they are given, this place used to be awesome but its been terrible in service these past few months

I went there to order my usual order of two whoppers just the sandwiches , in this location, it comes up to around $11 or $12 and the guy said come to the second window but as soon as we drove away from the screen outside he started adding some extra meat patties and the total comes up to $15.80 i had to leave I think this guy is doing something wrong and maybe taking the extra money he charges the people to his own pocket
