Chef Lindsay is a gem! Her dishes are delicious! The Meat Lasagna is amazing! So much beef and pork and cheese! Her red sauce is perfect. My family took 2nd and 3rd helpings (and truth be told, I just had it for breakfast! . The Chicken Enchiladas were creamy and had just the right amount of heat. She is very generous with the amount of chicken, as you can see from the photos! Her homemade verde salsa was delicious and rounded out the enchiladas so well. Each casserole was delivered in 13 x 9 pans, and were very heavy (with meat and cheese, I might add, not with cheaper pasta or tortillas . You could serve these casseroles at a large, fancy party and know your many guests would leave with full stomachs and smiles on their faces. Chef Lindsay delivered three entrees to us a large meat lasagna, a large chicken enchiladas and a medium Gouda mac and cheese. We immediately baked the lasagna and enchiladas, and froze the mac cheese for later. We very much look forward to enjoying the mac and cheese! During this time of COVID 19, Lindsay delivered these casseroles with no contact, and texted me to make sure I understood the baking instructions. I highly recommend For The Love of Food, and Chef Lindsay and will be ordering again very soon!!
