Great American Cookies - Gonzales

Two days before my birthday, I ordered a cookie cake for pickup. However, when I arrived to get it, they had no record of my order. Thankfully, Caishia, the manager, stepped in and made one on the spot! I really appreciate her quick action, which turned what could have been a disaster into a delightful experience. Thank you!
