Sometimes is those is bomb and other times it's just disappointing. I think it completely depends on the attitude and mindset of the people working there. My wife ordered a burrito and I ordered a burrito and a bowl. I had exactly seven pieces of chicken in my bowl, which was kind of disappointing. I did however have a ton of corn, Pico de gallo, cilantro, onions, mushrooms and black beans. I ordered a chicken burrito in a bowl not a vegetarian burrito in a bowl. My wife really likes her burrito. Consistency is key across chain restaurants they need to step up that part of their game.
The young lady that helped me this time was great, she paid attention to cross contamination of different ingredients so I didn't get more than I requested. Every other time, which is many, I had to tell the worker I dont want Pico in my lettuce. Or other non ordered ingredients. I tipped her and gave her kudos for caring. I wish izzos would do a better job of not getting ingredients mixed into other ingredients. Subway never has this problem.
Went here yesterday and waited 20 mins for a online order, which I was okay with. They had a line out the door with what seemed was some trainees. I work fast food like this so I understand the struggle. Nothing to complain about. Should definitely have let these kids get off more earlier then 9pm though with this hurricane coming
