Waffle House - Gonzales

The food and service were excellent. However, the kitchen didn’t get the entire order right; some dishes arrived first, and the rest came about five minutes later. Additionally, one of the staff members appeared to be wearing casual lounge clothes.

We had a fantastic breakfast at the Waffle House. The coffee was delightful, and we ordered waffles, chocolate chip waffles, and a bacon sandwich (which I absolutely loved). The staff was friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a great breakfast, you definitely need to check this place out. We highly recommend it!

We decided to celebrate our Christmas dinner tradition at Waffle House for the first time, and I'm so grateful that they were open on Christmas day. A big thank you to the staff who make this place so special, especially those working during the holidays! Our server, Marley, was a true gem and took wonderful care of our table. We really enjoyed helping her out! The line cooks were working hard, churning out orders quickly and perfectly—every dish was spot on! The food was absolutely delightful, just as it always is. It’s clear that great people make amazing things happen at Waffle House!!!

One of my favorite Waffle House locations. Whenever I pass, I always stop. The staff is super friendly and the food is naturally delicious. Perfect road break if you are ever in the Gonzalez area!

Super friendly staff and everything was cooked to perfection! Miss Julia was our server and was amazing. Best eggs I've had in a long time. Even short staffed food came out quickly and cooked properly.
