Wendy's - Gonzales

I am super mad at this location. I ordered doordash from this location. They not only didn’t give the doordasher three drinks that I paid for but they got ALL THREE cheeseburgers wrong. And they left out my dad’s 4 piece spicy chicken nugget! On top of that I look through all these reviews and see that the location is purely disgusting and that the workers are apparently on drugs. I can’t believe this location is still allowed to be open. Was offered a chance to come back to the store and pick up my items but I don’t have a ride. This is ridiculous.

Pretty rude manager working last night. I don't recommend coming here, unless you like being ignored and having your food tossed at you.

Horrible. Obvious drug addicts work here. They had their bum friend off of the streets wondering around the place. Soda machine food prep area was filthy. So glad I went in not through the drive though. I left without eating!

Personal experience they are very unprofessional. Poor leadership means management so it reflects on workers and the products you sell....?

The lady taking our order seemed to be under the influence of some kind of drugs, suspect meth. We paid cash, wrong change was given back and when we asked her she said they were out of change. She did call the manager over and he didn't say a word. Food was horrible but asking for things to be remade would of been more a hassle than it was worth.
