WOW!!! Now I am impressed that I have never been with a good dunkin donuts!!! FRESH Donuts AND Coffee. Excellent business great staff

Your frozen coffee is the best, I even like it more than starbucks and it was pretty cheap considering how much you get. The food service was fast at my place to complain, bonus points for employees wearing masks.

I absolutely love the app. And the iced coffee is crazy addictive.

Dear owner, I have enjoyed fresh tasty donuts breakfast in your store many times, different times of day. I was glad Goochland brought in a new place to socialize Some don 't make it and I want yours thrive. My rating is based my last visit. I will change it.Otherwise, I would have given 5? 's. Super Bowl Sunday I wanted donuts to really enjoy the game. I was disappointed that staple items were out. Then, rather than just a apology I got an excuse , followed by reasoning and continued reasoning. I agreed I didn 't need to know anymore. I just want to order. So that being said the conversation lingered afterward since the experience in your store has always very pleasant and courteous staff. So to the product!!! The product I purchased was offensive to me . I was given and paid for such a poor product. These were more than slightly stale. These were bad they going into the trash, each was unacceptable. Were they possibly 2 day old left out donuts? Should they been discarded. The donuts were so hard this morning they are goingi to the trash. Qq. What happened to quality control. Certainly it isn 't up to franchise standards. I do not want compensation. I want to wallk in and purchase donuts that my family will enjoy. A place to visit in our community I have purchased donuts left on the counter that were soft for a couple of days a delicious donuts want again.
