Subway - GOODLAND

Very busy...took time to get food...staff was working hard to get accurate orders completed.

Previous few managers didn't seem to have high expectations for staff or quality. New management (I think her name is Jackie) seems to have a great crew. Place is cleaner and more efficient than ever. No waiting 30 minutes for a crushed sandwich served by cranky people telling inappropriate jokes. Very impressed with the way this location is run.

Stood there 15 minutes.Couple returned with wrong order.Two people acting like human bots behind the counter...didnt even look up.One employee waiting for bathroom.One finally said she'd be back in a minute to take my order.Waited.Saw her talking to cashier about her eye,ignoring me.Waited. Mind you, I'm the only one in line.Never got waited on.This store has been lousy for years and has terrible reviews.Wonder how it stays open.

Took 40 mins from start to finish, drive thou, sandwiches not the best that we have had there
