Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The same great food/service I always expect from cracker barrel. alyson was great. very attentive and fast. a little worse that 1 piece of American cheese costs $1.79, but only a part of life, I guess. chicken pliers were hot and crispy, eggs were cooked properly, and the cookies and gravy were the type of food they eat much too much, immediately regret it too much and the demand for another.

Ordered curbside pick up time was 445, went in the restaurant after 5. My order had been sitting to go all this time?. If you don’t have curbside don’t offer this option noone wants cold food. I realize everyone has help wanted signs everywhere and finding employees that will stay. Has been hard. Just don’t offer what you can’t fulfill.

It was Sunday lunch and they were very busy. A pleasant wait in the rocking chairs out front and good food and service. The food is home style and always tasty but if your looking for stuff and turf be prepared for country fried steak and catfish!The squash casserole was great.

I’ve called 3 times in one week to order food and NOBODY would never answer. So I walked into this place to place my order. Charles the manager took my order and at the end of the order I told him about my complaint that nobody was answering the phone. He then fired back at me stating that he doesn’t have any help and nobody doesn’t want to work. Well I see why working for him. Also there was 3 employees in the front with no customers and a host standing at the host stand. The person treading this please don’t be sorry about my bad experience and fix your problems. Also I’m not going to east my time to place an email when obviously your not going to nothing about the problem.

Not only did out food come out cold it wasn’t even our order. Waited another 30 mins. Brought food out and still cold. Use to be our favorite place but has really gone down hill
