Mcdonald's - Goodlettsville

I am giving this restaurant one star nine times. They claim to be open until 1am, but they have been closed for the past few months, even since last year.

I went to the McDonald's on Two Mile and was shocked to find it unexpectedly closed without any warning. I had already ordered and paid through the app. This experience deserves a 0 out of 5 stars. This happened on December 15, 2021.

After ordering two sausage biscuits and a large coffee but only receiving one, I sat down to eat. When I asked to use the restroom, the woman working at the front counter looked at me, rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, and begrudgingly led me to the restroom. After she unlocked the door, I thanked her politely, but under her breath, she muttered something about me being a bothersome homeless person. I live in Bordeaux near Clarksville Pike and work at least 50 hours a week. The rest of my experience at this McDonald's was a disaster. I will never be returning to this particular location.

My mom got us a couple of mcdonalds yesterday and that was so good? we had to go back today who took our order was really nice

Great service as Always, I saw an employee not feeling so well/not in a good mood because of another costumer today when she approached me to take my order polite but not so happy I smiled at her place my order and tried to cheer her up and make her laugh a little, I believed that changed her mood completely, small gestures really can change a person's day, yall be nice and Treat employees nice after all u wouldn't be able to come to ur favorite fast food place without them Make sure yall have manners and say please and thank you....this comes from a +6yo fast food experienced person
