Charming little antique shop featuring an ice cream parlor inside. It’s always a must-visit for us when we leave Lake Livingston State Park.

You opened at 1:00 today. We got a flat tire and pulled into your lot before you opened (at the far end of your lot). Thankfully, a Good Samaritan stopped to help, and we were able to change the tire and leave before 1:30. However, you came out to rush us not once, not twice, but at least four times. You even told the Good Samaritan to move his truck off the road. I noticed that you're a Navy veteran, and we're a Marine family, yet you never once asked my husband if he needed assistance. We've visited your establishment before, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. A little kindness goes a long way.

Such a cute hidden gem! Loved the sweet couple who ran the place. The selection of unique old-fashioned sodas and candies was perfect. The ice cream was an added bonus! Pecan-praline shake hit the spot.

They guided us to lake Livingston and were just so sweet! I loved this place. It felt so homey and nostalgic. Really nice people! I hope I get the chance to come back.

Wonderful place. Kind staff. Go get a yummy milkshake and buy antiques.
