Feedback gevenI ordered online for curbside pickup and we only received fries, but there was no ketchup! My son had to go inside to ask for it, and it took him 10 minutes to come back. Additionally, the girl who handed me my order had poor customer service; she didn’t say a word when she gave me the order and just walked away. Overall, it was quite disappointing. However, the food was excellent—5/5!
How do we pay these people $15 per hour if they are so rude and cannot get order right! unreal. 4 pieces of chicken nugget child meal turned into 2 pieces and no drink or sauce. you were also ridiculously rude when I asked about my drink that you wouldn't give me. I know you don't care that you lost a customer, but I had to get it out that the people working there are terrible.
Terrible, me and my daughter decided to walk in since the drive through was extremely long. First we had to order at the little kiosk and after we went to submit it says not accepting credit or debit so how do you pay? It says see cashier we went to the front and waited 7 minutes before ANYONE acknowledged us, a sweet young lady who was working around the restaurant came over and asked if we been helped I said no, and explained to her what happened she went to get a manger and came back and said she would be right over so we all waited, people started coming in a line was forming behind me at this time. I watched as a lady was bagging food over, and over by the drive thru not realizing she was the manager the whole time I waited while I waited she assisted a gentleman with fixing the cooler that holds the apple juice and milk for happy meals from tipping over?! It couldn't stand straight. She was moving them as the young boy watched. She went back to bagging food 5 minutes went by and the young girl helping me went back to get her and then she walks over, no apologies or anything puts a key in presses some numbers and walks away. I guess they had to void my order so the girl could ring it up herself, odd?! Being I just placed it. Anyway I paid and waited, and waited.. and waited 26 minutes went by. By this time my husband even came in still waiting. We get the coffee finally and the order total of 28 minutes for one 6 piece chicken mcnugget happy meal and a regular iced coffee, which the sugar was not addedMcDonald's needs to do better.
A bit of consistency would be appreciated. Every time I visit, breakfast ends at a different time. One day it's at 3:00 PM, and then I find out it’s actually 2:00 PM. Today, I arrived at 1:30 PM only to be told that breakfast is only served until 1:00 PM. Please set a fixed time for breakfast and stick to it! Or at the very least, let customers know, "We don’t have a set time; it varies every day."
I ordered online to avoid waiting in line. I parked in a designated spot and placed my order for a Happy Meal and a frappe. However, I ended up waiting much longer than expected. Although the line moved quickly, when I finally reached the counter, they informed me that they were out of frappes! I ended up waiting almost 15 or even 20 minutes just for a Happy Meal. Considering the lack of customers, it was frustrating, and the overall experience was disappointing.
