Feedback gevenHonestly it's not worth the money, I got two of their new chicken sandwiches and one came cold and the older barely warm. That with a lemonade was $30 for what exactly? The sandwich was nothing special no better then McDonald's.
Stopped by this Panera Bread at about 6:30 pm to pick up a loaf of bread. The cashier informed me that, while they have a fresh batch of loaves in the oven, they are reserved for the sides of food orders and not available for purchase as a whole. I've visited this location on several other occasions and I've rarely been able to order something without substitutions; they seem to always be out of avocado, a particular bread or other ingredients. Quite frustrating.
Very clean restaurant. They offer fast and friendly service. I usually order a family fest to go and it is always made exactly how it is ordered and with fresh ingredients. I forgot to put no mayo for my sandwiches but I called in and they were able to make that adjustment for me. Highly recommend this location.
Brian was helping us through the drive through and he was so nice and helpful. I did remove a star because in the middle of him taking our order, a female cut him off and said ?are you done ordering? and we felt very rushed and that it was very rude. Didn?t catch a name for her though. All in all it was good service and quick.
First, I want to compliment this location on the superior customer I have received up until my last few visits. I use the complimentary sips club (which I love) to order my coffee before school. The location is convenient. I usually go through the drive (ordering previously through the app) to get my order. Everyone is pleasant every time I go through it, but not recently. I am not sure of the employee's name. She may be a manager or shift leader because I have seen her inside giving directions to other employees. Anyway, long story short, she is rude and condescending. I understand everyone has bad days, but this is my second experience with this employee. I worked in the service industry and retail for many years and would never treat a customer so rudely. I will not describe the person as I am sure she will know exactly who I am referring to. My advice. Treat people better.
