Papa Johns Pizza - Goodyear

It is a great location, they rarely have long delivery times and the pizza is what we ordered 90% of the time. the other times were addressed immediately because I picked up in the load, they will take care of mistakes when they can.

Ordered last week for the 2 large pizza deals which still ended up being $30. The email said 88 minutes so I waited until it had been almost 2 hours, I called and the manager said the pizzas were still at the store and would be another 30-45 to be delivered. I told them to change it to pick up and I’ll just come get it. Waited in line for 20 minutes just for someone to ask why we were there, amongst the line of people also having the same issue apparently, just to get two cold pizzas. I left a complaint with the store and no one has contacted us to resolve this. Honestly $30 for two pizzas is one thing, $30 for two cold pizzas that took 3 hours? Come on.

New management is pompous and condescending. When you ask for fresh pizza and they you serve burnt sub-par pizza then say that's how it is supposed to look. The quality of service and product has gone down at this location so we simply take our business elsewhere.

Ordered early in the day for delivery. They said it would be 30 to 35 minutes... an 1 1/2 hours later, still no pizza !! Called for the 2nd time and was told they got an order for $500.00.... and they were gonna put my pizzas in now n they should be here in 30 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, pizza comes. So know your order gets put at the bottom when a larger order comes in.

Well I ordered at 8:48pm and got an email stating my pizza would take 21-31 minutes it was already 9:40pm. I called to see if my address was incorrect or if I messed up on my order but, the person who answered said they were telling people 45-50 minutes. Okay, then i should've gotten that email instead. I get a call from the driver they're on the opposite side of my apartment complex. I'm standing outside explaining to them I'm standing right in the middle of sidewalk because I can clearly see their lights. They bring me the food, i pay tip even though said delivery driver was pretty damn lazy come inside to eat right away 9:50pm and surprise surprise my pizza.. is warm almost cold. My second slice, now cold. I haven't been eating well lately due to the fact that I'm pregnant okay the day i decide to order this happens. I feel pretty disappointed because i love papa John's. I dont think I'll be ordering from this location anymore. I just feel like i was treated pretty rudely above all.
