Sammy's Burgers - Goodyear

I recently tried out this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The establishment was very clean and the fish and chips were delicious! They exceeded my expectations. The onion rings also stood out with their amazing taste, and they were not at all greasy.

This restaurant is not much better than Burger King. It is pricey (their prices on their website are inaccurate, it was about 20% more than what was listed). We spent $35 for 2 burgers and 2 sides (no drinks). The fried zucchini was overcooked, half of it was mushy and the rest was difficult to chew. The breading on both the zucchini and onion rings was flavorless. The burger patty was very thin. The chicken club sandwich was good. We will not be returning. I was excited to support a local business, but this restaurant is too expensive for subpar food.

We ordered two burgers and had to wait about an hour to receive our food. They brought us the milkshake and drink right after we paid ($30), and by the time we got them, the milkshake had already melted. The restaurant wasn't busy, but one worker was on their phone and wouldn't assist anyone. If you don't mind waiting and are just looking for average food, then this is the place for you. But if you want better customer service, it might be best to look elsewhere. It would be helpful if the staff communicated the wait times before customers pay, so they can make an informed decision.

Sammy’s meets all important points: fast and friendly service, good location, and great eating. or as my 5 year old said, "I am obsessed with these chicken strips. we will definitely go back.
