Uncomfortable ambiance- super loud music and sparse seating.

It seems like the restaurant could benefit from a more diverse staff. The all-female team I've encountered here seemed less efficient and not as friendly as those at other establishments. A mixed-gender staff could improve overall service and create a better atmosphere for everyone. A little diversity can go a long way in enhancing the customer experience.

Terrible experience. Do you even offer oat milk? I always ask for it, but it never gets included in my drink. Since there's an extra charge for it, I expect it to be added when I request it. Additionally, the quality of the drinks is inconsistent when you do add oat milk. Sometimes they're too watery, and other times they taste like they're made with old coffee grounds. I would recommend going to any other Starbucks instead of this one.

I never leave reviews, but man. As coffee gets more expensive, trying to get what we actually pay for. I say “LIGHT ice” for a reason, but it rarely gets followed. 2-4 sips and the coffee is done…
