Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I waited in my car with my children. After just 10 minutes, I checked the website, but it still said “order received.” I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes, checking every 10 minutes, and it still hadn’t changed. When I walked in to inquire about my sandwiches, I noticed there were no other customers ordering food. The staff simply pointed me toward the delivery service. Eventually, the website still showed “order received,” and I was left with soggy, cold sandwiches that cost over $20. I’m extremely disappointed with the service, and I won’t be coming back.
I won't be returning to this restaurant due to the poor customer service from a coworker named Amaya. It seems she is one of the managers, but she clearly isn't trained for the role. Instead of focusing on her duties, she spent her time on her phone making TikTok videos while there was a line of waiting customers. It's unacceptable to have someone unqualified in charge, especially when small children are used to cover for adults. I wouldn't even give this place a star. The main manager, Tyler, really needs to make some changes.
Ordered delivery and only got half of the order. Called the store five different times and never got a single answer. Terrible customer service. Would very much want my money back for the items missing but there is no where on the app or DoorDash to complain or make anyone aware of the missing part of orders.
Workers were popping pimples while customers were eating hugging each other more than once. Soda machines had mixed soda Dr pepper or coke mixed with the orange coke was Dr pepper New sandwich description misleading says 2x cheese it's just reqular 2 half slices not extra cheese will never go back to subway on estrella the pimple popping was unacceptable and disgusting in a restaurant?
Ordered pick up. They brought the no bready bowls to the car. No turkey or ham on the bowl and there was pieces of egg that is not included in the bowl ordered. Tried calling store, no answer. Went inside and they have no working phone? Rude worker Adrienne with head wrap was very rude. Unfortunately I will no return. Store manager Tyler will hopefully see this and correct these issues.
