Ruben and his team create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes this place feel like a family restaurant rather than just another fast food spot! My son and I will definitely continue to return for the delicious food and outstanding customer service!

The food here is very good and healthy, offered at a reasonable price. However, I always find that the service is slow, which is puzzling. If you enjoy sushi, poke bowls, and more, it's definitely worth a visit.

I really value how the team members always greet us at the drive-thru and ask how we're doing. It makes a significant and positive impression on customers. The food was cold, and I didn't receive the sauce I requested. The baja blast was also flat. Why should I have to drive back home when I could have received a proper order in the first place?

I placed a DoorDash order at 11:45 PM, and while it was accepted, it took about 30 minutes to arrive. They seemed unable to process mobile orders efficiently. It felt like the staff were not very motivated, and I noticed the manager wasn’t around. Overall, it was frustrating, and it seemed like they could improve their service to respect customers' time better.
