Chinese Express - Goose Creek

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Their credit card system was malfunctioning, and I ended up being charged without receiving my order. I was only informed that the tap feature wasn’t working after I had already tried to use it. When I showed them my bank statement, which clearly indicated that the funds were withdrawn by their business, "merchant: China Express," no one offered to help. A young lady named Summer just stared blankly at me. I understand that if it was a system failure, it might take a few days for the funds to be returned to my account (although that information was not communicated to me). I will wait the standard 3-5 days to see if my bank statement changes. If the funds are not returned, I will take further action.

The egg rolls are not very good, but the combination plate of chicken and broccoli is incredibly delicious with generous portions—I'm talking a takeout box overflowing with food! Rating: 3/5.

The food here is fantastic! The rice is superb, and they have the best cream cheese wontons in this area.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Ordered: boneless spare ribs w/pork fried rice and peppered steak w/ pork fried rice. The boneless spare ribs are dry and basically dehydrated. I might have had 2 pieces of peppered steak and rest onions 3 bell pepper slices, the pork fried rice was crunchy, it tastes 3 days old! Absolutely disgusting! It will be going in the trash and I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank. Since the restaurant will not refund the money. Do not eat here unless you like dehydrate 3 day old food!

Can't go wrong with this place. Boneless Spare ribs are great. Service is great and always consistent
