Panda Express - Goose Creek

I'm rating one star because the website says 9:30 but if you get there at 9:10 they will refuse to serve you. Why close at 9pm and at 9:10 have everything already put away? This location has lost my business. There were so many hungry navy men trying to also get some of this food. Taking my business elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time with this place… showed up to grab food for my family at 19:15 and they had everything put away already… they close at 21:00 according to their website. After reading reviews I am clearly not the only one that has experienced this problem multiple times. Maybe time for new management?? Save yourself a headache and some money and take your service somewhere else

My drive-thru experience wasn’t great. There were only a couple of customers inside, but I was asked to pull forward after placing my order, with the promise that my food would be ready in five minutes. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. When my food finally arrived, it didn't come with the silverware or sauces I had ordered. I had to circle back through the drive-thru to ask for a fork and a napkin. The person at the window apologized and offered me an extra fortune cookie, but I hadn’t received one initially. To top it off, the teriyaki chicken was undercooked.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant, and the food is delicious! However, there was one incident where I ordered noodles and bit down on something hard. When I took a closer look, I found it was a toenail clipping. Other than that, everything is really great!

Delicious food served hot—definitely the best! It’s wonderful to see our young Navy recruits here; they embody politeness and grace. Thank you for your service, and God bless each and every one of you!
