Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Goose Creek

I ordered the regular fish sandwiches, but received the spicy ones instead. I also would have appreciated a little tartar sauce. I suppose it’s understandable that mistakes can happen when one person is handling everything!

July 2019 update: Things haven’t improved. They were out of the first two items I tried to order. I will not be coming back! 2021 update: It's still not good. I went at 11 AM and received the worst sandwich I've ever had anywhere. The bun was stale and the chicken was soggy! It’s only 11 AM—how can it be stale and soggy already?!

I'm always amazed at how good Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich is. I always had a good experience at this point. The staff was always professional and friendly, and they work hard because many others love their chicken sandwich too. We're Legion.

I visited this restaurant for the second time in two weeks and had another fantastic meal. The chicken was especially delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. However, I would recommend being cautious when using the drive-thru, as my experience inside was not quite as enjoyable. Overall, I will definitely be returning!

Went to the drive thru to pick up a mobile order for 24 pieces of chicken and 48 pieces of nuggets. Also ordered 3 big sweet teas while we were there. When we came into the window, the cashier told the staff she needed for the mobile order, and the answer was angry that she had to come. We didn't. We haven't even dropped her into the fat. It felt like my $50 order was a setup and not welcome. I regret giving them my money and never bringing them out again. Even the tea was not very sweet. Waste of money there.
