Taco Bell - Goose Creek

I'm not going to Fast Food Joints unless I traveled. I was in Goose Creek, SC. You made my order right and the food was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. Next time I'm in Goose Creek, I'm probably gonna eat there again.

When ordering food via the online website, there was a trick in the system. There was a problem with my order, one that would have been really bad, but Mrs. Sharon Green treated the matter with professionalism, kindness and went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything I had ordered. They were very busy and while there, another online order had the same problem. If not for the support of Mrs Green I would probably not go back there, but she really treated the situation with grace and professionalism. Thank you very much Mrs Green!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The young lady who took our mission was patient and polite. We had an order of $80 and she had no problems and attitudes about it. Our order was usually correct, but we missed a few things. We called and could go back and get them. I cannot say how much the attitude of the young lady played a role in this being a good experience, but it was an important key! Thank you, young lady and please don't change your beautiful Demeanor.
