Wendy's - GORDONSVILLE

Excellent customer service! My sandwich was made wrong, instead of being rude and doing what so many restaurants do when they apologize under servants of managers! This is what customer service should look like! Thank you. It didn't make the wrong sandwich so much of a big deal. She took care of the best she could and I appreciated her for it!

The food was cold and not what we ordered. The ordered chocolate frosty got vanilla when I informed the manager, she said we don't have chocolate. I talked to the company, I'm not going back to this place.

Place was an absolute catastrophe no ketchup, drinks machines were not really mixed, I somehow ended up with pickles on my Jr bacon Cheeseburger, and the other 3 people in my party had also grounded their sandwiches. I would like to knock it up to a rough layer, but I tried to come to dinner two weeks ago and the dining room was closed at 7:00 on a Friday night. Looks like next time I'm going somewhere else.

Wendy's great. You have some of the best fast food you can get and they get it very fast. Would recommend McDonalds every day.

Your typical Wendys. Good burgers. My favorite thing to do is get a chocolate frost and dip my fries into them. The sweet cold plus the warm salty is a fantastic combo. If you haven't tried, you've definitely disappeared!
