Subway - GORDONVALE

On Thursday morning, I encountered an extremely rude staff member. She had zero people skills and made it clear that she wasn't interested in serving me. I ended up going to McDonald's next door instead.

The employees at the Gordonvale Subway provide the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I work in a job that involves caring for others, and I manage to deliver better service than what I received from the staff making my sandwich. I initially thought it might just be a couple of employees having an off day, but when I returned, the service was just as disappointing. I really hope management sees this and takes action to improve the situation.

I enjoy healthy food from Subway, while my wife opts for McDonald's fast food just a few steps away. We're both satisfied with our choices.

Staff were very friendly and the food was fresh and tasty.
