Feedback gevenBesides the cook......Our waitress was the only one in the store on the evening of Thursday, Dec 1st. She was an extremely hard worker and so polite! The store was out of ice for drinks, no ice cream for milk shakes, but our food was hot n fresh.
Food was great, the coffee was mediocre and luke warm. The server was alright even though she work the cashier and served as a waitress. They need more help. People came in to be seated and to pick up orders and the one worker was acting as a waitress andthey had to wait. Hire more staff!!!
The hostess, waitress, and busser were great. Unfortunately, they were all the same person, Macy, who still did a fantastic job. It just pains me she probably doesn't even make a standard minimum wage. Whoever owns this franchise should give her asubstantial promotion.
This was hands down the worse service experience I have ever had at Dennys. Our server was very slow and unattentive, Our food came pretty quickly only to find out it was cold, all of our meals where Luke warm or cold. I watched other patrons walk out andleave because no even acknowledged they were there. So very sad ???? I hope that they learn and correct these issues, but beingthat it is south Florida.....I doubt it. Wouldn't recommend dining here at all.
Immediately knew this establishment would be a bad experience. Was sat by a staff person. Waitress approached us and accused us of seating ourselves. I assured her we had been sat because we received menus and wrapped silverware. Not enough for her, so sheloudly and vehemently let the other staff members know we seated ourselves. Knowing the experience could only worsen from thatpoint I called an Uber and my guest and I immediately left and went to the American Coffee Shop about a mile away where we weretreated well by the Spanish/American diner that was very diverse and accommodating. I will never return to this Denny's againand maybe not a Denny's at any location that doesn't rate at least five (5) stars.
