Will it be ten years from now? I ran late at night aiming for this place posted on Touring Mapple and arrived in the morning. However, when I asked about it, I found out that Mapple's listing was incorrect. It is still a good memory that remains in my memory as a touring when I was young. 今からもう10数年前でしょうか。ツーリングマップルに掲載されていたこちらを目指して深夜ひた走り、午前中に到着。しかし聞いてみるとマップルの誤掲載との事…それにも関わらず折角来たのだからとわざわざ風呂を沸かしてもてなして頂けました。今でも若い頃のツーリングとして記憶に残る良い思い出です。

蕎麦と鯉の甘露煮をいただきました。 水がいい！！！食べると分かります。 今年は蕎麦の実りが良いらしく、風味があると、女将さんが話しておられました。 蕎麦は瑞々しくコシがあり、風味のあるわさびとほんの少ししょっぱめの麺つゆに、よく合う。 蕎麦を食べ終わる頃に、鯉の甘露煮が到着。 独特の臭さはなく、脂がのった身は煮崩れせず 程よい柔らかさ。パリッとした皮に、濃いめの煮ダレが、よく絡んでいて、美味しくいただきました。 今度は卵焼きなど、他のメニューも味わってみたい。 ちなみに、水は鍾乳洞の伏流水とのことで、コントレックスを飲みやすくした感じの味がしました。口に残る魚の脂がさっぱりします。 鯉を召し上がりたい方には、おすすめのお店です。 もちろん蕎麦も美味しい！
