Feedback gevenWe went to the restaurant, we had time not only to make our annoyance known, with the family chatting at the theke, but we had more than enough time to decide what we wanted, and none, not a single employee would recognize our existence, there was literally a manager standing right at the front, he looked at us and ignored us further. we started to be impatient because we wait for over five minutes, so we have clearly said that someone acknowledges us here and again, the manager ignored us blatantly. this took place on Saturday 10/09/2022 about 2-3 clock. Everyone who goes to this place, please not, they can go almost anywhere else, and how to treat a real person, plus they 'll get better eating, even if there's a bit more expensive, everything is better than the service we didn't get at this burgerking.?????????
Me and my husband ordered threw the drive thru. Wanted to grab something for work. Figured we make it in perfect time, cause it seemed dead. Ordered a whopper and a chicken fry meal. Go to the first window, was told we had to stay at the first window. Not sure why. Waited...waited..and waited..kept on waiting. Then a line starts to form. Seen a employee come out that was working at the second window. Goes straight to a car and starts making conversation with someone. Then walks back inside. Comes out with two large bags of food and large drinks. HANDS THEM TO THE PEOPLE BEHIND US. my husband asked. How did they get there food first? She replies was waiting on 'one of your sandwiches ' WE DIDN 'T ORDER MULTIPLE. JUST ONE. after that we finally received our food. Very cold and not fresh. This was an awful experience, very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
I went through the drive thru, understably they are under staffed but the lady that took our order hurried through our orders, did not take the rest of our order. My husband didn't even get to order and I didn't even get to ask for cheese on my whopper. By the time he said cheese on the whopper she had already skipped to the next person in line and began taking their order. So thanks for your service today burger king. Y'all could have taken the order for the entire car and at least asked if that was everything for our order instead of just assuming that's all we wanted.
Haven 't been able to eat here in a long time. Periodically I try to order from them, but they always say we are short staffed and not taking orders. There were at least three workers inside. How many people does BK need to make food?
Drive-Thru associate started swearing at my wife when she asked to add an order of fries to the total. Refused to help her. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I won’t go into the entire conversation, but, he is lucky I wasn’t in the vehicle when this happened. The guy should be fired immediately and never work around people again in the future. How can this establishment hire people like this? You’re better off being closed rather then have associates like this guy.
