It was nice the inside finally is open. The service was great but at 8am they were almost out of donuts

I will start by saying the counterperson was very friendly and did a good job with our order.Very stale donuts, lukewarm coffee. Coffee not very full in cup and lid leaked. Chocolate latte I had did taste good I 'll admit. Very expensive and we suspect we were charged incorrectly. We weren 't given a receipt.Yes, you can dine in here, but don 't expect much. One wall smashed in by a car not fixed yet, not even covered with something temporary like a tarp or temporary drywall. Drive thru canopy totally smashed (something hit it) and looking sketchy in terms of being structurally sound. Remnants of Halloween and Christmas decorations still up in April? Some lights not on or maybe not working?You expect consistency from a chain like Dunkin '. Sad to see such a new location in such disrepair. The employees seem to care, but it doesn 't seem like the manager or owner do. Suggestion. Take down old decorations. Clean the dining room and front counter. Put up a sign that says Pardon or mess or put up something temporary to cover the damage. Figure out why the donuts are dry and stale since so many reviews mention it.

I arrived around 9am to find the donut racks were empty. An employee told me that if I wanted a chance of getting donuts I needed to show up well before 8am or put an order in at least 24 hours in advance. This business is open 5am to 7pm M-F, why? This store is open for 14 hours and is out of product within 3 hours. This is extremely poor management and needs to be addressed immediately! Zero stars needs to be an option.

Your guy is definitely rock I know that you guy is very under servants, but I can definitely say that they try to move their hardest to this line it is just not enough man power with only 1 to 2 people working. Customers just have to be patient, you guys keep pushing it.

It seems like it's everyones first day, all the time. Ordering ahead makes you wait longer than I'd you were just to order at the drive thru. They literally wait until you get there to even start making it. Idk what that's about but although the people working here are nice and polite, they lack some serious management or something...
