Feedback gevenVery bad hospitality of the reception staff. He acted so rudely with us when we asked if we could have a look at the room before we checked in. it was 4 o'clock in the morning and had our baby with us. we just wanted to make sure that the room is clean and hygienic enough. he said it's not his policy to show the spaces. He finally said he wasn't interested in talking to us. with my old elders and the baby we had to look around in the working time for a room. these young should know what it requires to be in the hospitality industry.
Love traveling with this hotel (removed very close to the train station) the people at the reception (all of them) are hardcore scams I took non/AC room at 1st okt 17 night and during the review, he has accused me for a/c and I could not argue how I rushed to catch train; he never showed any compassion to help is near bus station or restaurant; he only looked at us as advised to be trusted for him is his hotel close to the train station and he will not earn these people to be in the hospitality industry, not know how to talk or behave, they only know how to loot them, ignore this hotel and stay on the street with proud
Bad. if I had a chance to start zero, I would have given that. unfortunately I had to give 1 star. room breakfast no hot water in the bathroom. they said flowing hot water. when he called the reception, a young man came in ice with hot water, the hot water runs
An average hotel, but very convenient to nearby railway station
In the 1980s, Alankar Tourist House was a highly sought after restaurant in Aluva, known for its bar and delicious food. When I visited the restaurant again after a few years, I found that it was still in good condition, now with a beer and wine lounge. Although the food and service were decent, there is definitely room for improvement. With some renovation, a new menu, and better service, this restaurant has the potential to be even better.
