Bord 27 - Gothenburg

This is an imaginative, inspiring eating. from the menu descriptions of the dishes they would think that this was a rather quotidian bistro. each dish is tasty, combination of taste and textures that they would never have imagined. I had to wait one minute or two between each mouth just to take into account the aromes and understand properly. Honestly, this is the best thing I've had for years.

Amazing service and eating! great rustic interieur and casual, secret mood. I had that laughed and it was so good. it is also a really dog friendly restaurant, all waiters came to say hello to our pup and even gave him his very own beef tartar with an egg yolk top.

Great food, great sommelier too without realising. They matched our food with wine, and could be just for one course. Really friendly and lovely spot to eat.

I travel regularly to Gothenburg from London for work I always book this restaurant because the food is incredible and the service is great. I’m normally alone and I always feel comfortable and welcomed. Wine menu is also great!

This was by far the best meal I had in Sweden and frankly, so long. To the chef of this fine establishment, you sir ma'am should be a national Swedish treasure. Insanely good staff, food and cozy ambiance. We left feeling drunk on such delicious food.
