Sanguine Bistro - Gothenburg

I visited twice in two days and had the burger both times, which was served with fries and very tasty. Two of my family members also dined there at the same times, and both enjoyed their meals. The staff are attentive and the vibe is great, with a nice American theme to the restaurant, with the price being reasonable to boot.

Casual, comfy place. Great burgers, beer and prices! It’s not gourmet, but gets 5 stars because it exceeds what I expected and I’d happily return.

It was a windy day, so after trying the outside seating we moved inside and got a great table ! Several families, groups of friends, couples and a few folks, who minded their own, but should not have ordered that last beer............. However, service was excellent, food was very good and plentiful, my order of entrecôte was perfectly cooked to order, burgers looked great, peaking over to another table, and the prices were very reasonable ! Also, the location is great, and very close to Liseberg and Universeum, as well as tram bus connections ! Definitely recommend a visit !

This is a restaurant for meeting up with friends, grab a beer and just hang out. Nothing fancy, just relaximg! The dinner is okey with good prices from 10-15€. The service is good, the day we were here it was to good when the waiter wanted to take away the plate before we had eaten up. I have been here before and never had any trouble with that before cause it is a very relaxed restaurant with a café style.
