Lj's Carvery & Sandwich Bar - Goulburn

This restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, a clean atmosphere, and friendly service. They have everything from fish and chips to hot dogs and baked potatoes. It is definitely my favorite place in Goulburn - the prices are great (hamburgers are $6, fish and chips are $8.50), much better than the fancier places in town. We will definitely return!

We each ate schnitzel burgers. The schnitzels were hand made and very nice. Everything was very fresh.

Quite unassuming from the outlook but of 3 dishes the food was delicious. Chicken schnitzel burger was soft and fresh, my mouth is watering at the thought. Big breakfast was huge and tasty and our tween had the delicious and fluffy pancakes. Great coffee too. Pleasantly surprised.

As this is our yearly pilgrimage to Summer Nats. we always stay in Goulburn, tonight we decided to eat out at lj's. One word, delicious. Two roast dinners, I hear the roast was tender and it was a full plate. Last but least One stuffed potato with the works and a steak sandwich and scallops. Best milkshake I have had in ages and I hear the coffee was good as well I would recommend this place to my friends and they'll be seeing us again next time we are here.

Regularly eat out at Lj's. They have fantastic, affordable and high quality food options, with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The service is always quick, with cheap delivery available. If you want that relaxed, hearty and home style cooking experience then Lj's is the place for you. The menu has something for everyone of all ages to enjoy without the hefty price-tag. Would highly recommend!
