One star because staff friendly and they open late but food order being correct not so much. burger was COLD cheese not even melted or warm, patty tasted rubbery like they pre-made and had been sitting there, bun was cold, asked no onions no tomato but you can see in photo they didn't follow instructions, onion rings was small and container not full, the dirty worm blizzard upon pick up was pre-made and melting no spoon had to bring home to eat instead of in the car so it melted even more, counted four mini gummies only as you can see hard to even see

Why do I give a DQ a 5-star? Most DQ food I've had is prepared overly greasy because their burgers are sauce heavy, but not this place! Probably the best DQ I've eaten at. The food/fries are always hot and fresh. They get quite busy (especially during hot weather) and sometimes the lineup is long but they do a good serving job, none-the-less.

I purchased a birthday cake for my daughter 2 days in advance and sent an image for them to add to the cake at an additional cost $14.99. I did not catch the defective image on the cake image attached when I picked up the cake. For the total cost of $67.98, I did not expect any issues with the cake. I informed them of the concern, but they never responded. I just want everyone to double check their cakes for defects because they don't care how your cake turns out..... *make sure you tell them exactly what you want on a cake ie.icing color or else your cake will be very white with sprinkles

Really disappointed : We just went to the Broadway location last week which was awesome) and received coupons that we wanted to use this location really left a bad taste in my mouth. The blizzard was melted and runny the fries were old and stale. Honestly just sad, was so excited to try the new blizzard

This is a bad location. The washroom was out of order and I explained that we drove from 15 minutes away and needed the washroom. One staff member made a joke and laughed. Another staff offered we could use the washroom in the back area and the manager refused. There was nowhere to wash our hands before eating. The restaurant was not very clean. I will avoid this location in the future.
