I ordered two pizzas on Sunday, September 11. Payment was taken, but they never delivered the pizzas. I was informed that they had closed. Although the money was withdrawn from my account, I did not receive any communication from them regarding my order. When I placed the order, I was told it would take 15 minutes. Being 73 years old, I specifically requested delivery.

What I experienced next felt like I was on a reality show. The staff were openly insulting one person, being rude to each other, swearing, and one coworker was lamenting while others laughed at their expense. The phone rang constantly, and various coworkers shouted at each other not to answer it because it was a complaint call. On top of that, numerous customers, who appeared to be friends of the employees, were milling about chatting with the staff. After the additional 20 minutes had passed, I was told it would take another 15 minutes. At that point, I had reached my limit with the whole situation. The only positive aspect was the two female coworkers who were making the pizzas. They asked for my order and decided to make it right then and there instead of making me wait again. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience for what should have been a simple pizza for my son.

STANDARD AT THE BEST OF TIMES, Management pfft... customers over hear workers swearing and talking trash about other customers unprofessional.
