With so many culinary possibilities in bordeaux, why the locals eat for hours in L’Entrecote? only a menu, but delicious beaf and fritted as my man likes it.
Although the name of the restaurant is entrecôte, it actually sells faux fillet as a menu item. in the evening it opens around 19 o'clock, but there is already a long line before it opens. there are many tables inside, so if they have luck, they can get in when the door opens, otherwise they have to wait a long time. I waited 50 minutes to be in the position, so naturally the taste was good, but it looks like a simple salad and french fries, but it is really delicious. the server told me that they can order the meat as rare, medium or well cooked (there is no medium good in France). By the way, they can also order blue, which means raw meat. they were friendly and serve the meat so it won't get cold, and it was delicious. a taste to wait for.
This restaurant is right into business, and I loved it. wein, steak, pommes. everything was delicious (although I wish the steak was a bit hotter, my was only warm). I still loved the whole experience and would go back.
Was nervous it would be overrated but it absolutely was not. It is truly incredible and an unforgettable experience! We showed up at 11:30am and got in right away when they opened at 12:00pm. One of the best steaks! The wine and profiteroles are a must.
