Firehouse Subs Grafton Marketplace

This is the 3rd straight time I came and the lady in the checkout Legit takes 5 minutes PERSON. While I understand that she worked hard, the time she needs is completely unacceptable. Something has to be done as it takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich.

Much less fire than expected... like almost zero fire... But really good subs. So 9 Outta 10 regarding food, but 0 outta 10 on Pyrmania satisfaction.

There was a mix-up when my order (my mistake) was posted online. It was treated so professionally by the manager and owner. I was abandoned feeling completely satisfied with the result and definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great food and friendly service.

Overall, I enjoy Firehouse Subs. Especially the Italians. This time I tried the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich. Steak was chewing. I prefer the Streak at Quiznos or Jersey Mikes. But they still have my favorite version of the Italian sub.
